One challenge for this condominium remodel was to capture the homeowners’ love for coastal environments without repeating themes from their other homes. The new design focused on utilizing natural light. A proper Master Suite was relocated to gain access to an existing balcony. Remaining spaces were also designed around natural light for the most impact.
