Deep River Partners was honored by “Qualified Remodeler” Magazine’s Master Design Awards. Our French Transitional remodel received a Bronze Award for its Primary Bathroom’s Home Spa. Designer: Nicholas Blavat, AIA, and Natalie Erickson, ASID Project location: River Hills, Wis. Square footage: 302.5 Project cost: $75,000 Creating a new primary en-suite began with the homeowner’s desire for more space and function from their closets and bathroom. Both areas were undersized relative to the scale and grandeur of this traditional French-inspired home. To accommodate all the desired amenities for a luxe home-spa experience, a larger floor plan was needed, which offered the opportunity for a new primary bath addition. To achieve this, the existing bath and closets were renovated into a new, larger dressing area. The bath addition flowed from the new dressing area.
