The exterior was reimagined with a fresh, modern color scheme, new stone retaining walls, updated boathouse and hardscape, and a new stairway to the lakefront.

The existing home was dated, and a central staircase in the foyer blocked the view to the lake. Relocating the stair to a 3-floor open stair column opened the view to the lake and allowed natural light to flood through the interior. Modern stair rails and a brighter paint scheme created a more welcoming first impression of the home.
