The 1990s styling called for an extensive design shift to update all three levels of the home and create functional connections to the lake and outdoor living areas. The exterior was reimagined with a fresh, modern color scheme, new stone retaining walls, updated boathouse and hardscape, and a new stairway to the lakefront.

Relocating the stair to a 3-floor open stair column opened the view to the lake and allowed natural light to flood through the interior. Modern stair rails and a brighter paint scheme created a more welcoming first impression of the home.
