This Modern Tudor is in the works of becoming a clear vision. Here is a behind-the-scenes look of a beginning to what it was to now. We are at a stage of waterproofing the home. Nicholas Mather, Project Architect, used a different method for this structure:
“The Tyvek Commercial Building Wrap is a tried-and-true system that works well with most siding applications. However, the Modern Tudor will be a stucco house, and this system uses this yellow “Gold Coat” liquid to provide the air and weather barrier.”
