Commissioned as Phase Two of a roof top estate, this Residence offers expanded guest lodging, an extension of the roof top terrace, green roof, sculpture garden experience, and additional interior entertaining options.

Design Vision

The roof top condominium realizes the value potential by celebrating the city and river views from above and connecting the highly appointed Guest accommodations to an ultimate roof terrace and garden experience.The design creates an architectural and interior aesthetic that is complimentary to the main residence while remaining unique, providing a more relaxed casual character. The details draw from the local urban context and formulate a modern renovated warehouse / loft experience.

Distinctive Features

The highlight of the design is a large open entertainment concept whose plan incorporates a media rich environment utilizing multiple media screens viewable from all locations including the largestLED 90” TV at the Living Room. Further enhancements include a Ping Pong Area with adjacent lounge seating, a full Beverage Bar including a personalized beer dispenser, large beverage refrigerator, and curvilinear bar seating. A complete gourmet Kitchen and adjacent circular Dining Area support and compliment the exciting entertaining experience.The ambiance is defined by the curved, vaulted, wood ceiling complete with metal beams, columns, and basketry. A custom spiral stair, that beckons the details of the city’s river walk below, leads to private mezzanine seating with indoor fire table, whose floor to ceiling windows tower above the streetscape below. Hand scraped wide plank wood floors along with oversized urban art complete the modern warehouse urban concept. Two Bedrooms complete with full Bath Suites and Walk-In Closets, Laundry / Mudroom, and a separate, private entry completes the Guest experience.
